Men’s Art Council’s Copperstate Overland
Applications for the 2021 overland is available now and is due by Friday, June 5.
How to Apply
The entry fee for the 2021 Copperstate Overland is $11,500 and includes all meals and lodging for the driver and co-driver starting from Saturday evening through Wednesday night. A $2,000 deposit is due with the application.
Although the eligibility model year requirement is 1979 and older, special consideration will be given to exceptional vehicles manufactured after the 1979 model year. All vehicles are subject to the same standards for admission and acceptance. All vehicles must be licensed to drive on the street.
All applications must be filled out and submitted online. The deadline for submitting an application is Friday, June 5. Once your online application has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email confirmation indicating we have successfully received your application. The email will also contain a release you must sign and return. If you are paying by check, that must be returned along with the form. Applications will not be considered complete, and therefore ineligible for consideration, until the deposit and signed release have been received.
You will receive a notification of acceptance no later than Monday, June 15. Confirmation of acceptance status (accepted, waitlisted or not accepted.) If accepted, the remainder of entry fee (if applicable) will be due on Friday, July 3. Once accepted, $500 of your deposit will be considered non‐refundable. If you cancel after September 4, the entire entry fee is nonrefundable and will be considered as a contribution to Men’s Arts Council.
We strive in every way to ensure we deliver a premium event like no other in the world. As such, we want to make sure all of our participants have a stellar and safe experience. To deliver, we have several road rules and guidelines that ensure the safety of all within our care. Non-compliance to any of these rules may result in being asked to leave the rally. The following items are not allowed:
- Drinking by the driver or co-driver while on the route.
- Participants less than 18 year of age
- Unsafe or dangerous driving
- Not complying to the direction of our guides
You will need to gather or prepare detailed information to complete your application. The following is a checklist of the information required. Please have it ready before starting your application.
- You and your co-driver: email addresses, contact info
- Your vehicle: at a minimum, year, make and model
- Vehicle description and history: any off-road and/or rally history and anecdotes related to the car’s acquisition, restoration, history and unique features
- Vehicle photos: multiple hi-resolution, digital photo(s) of your car
