How to Apply
The entry fee for the 2024 Copperstate Overland is $14,850 and includes all meals and lodging for the driver and co-driver starting from Saturday evening through Wednesday night. A $2,000 deposit is due with the application.
Although the eligibility model year requirement is 1979 and older, special consideration will be given to exceptional vehicles manufactured after the 1979 model year. All vehicles are subject to the same standards for admission and acceptance. All vehicles must be licensed to drive on the street.
All applications must be filled out and submitted online. The deadline for submitting an application is Thursday, June 1. Once your online application has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email confirmation indicating we have successfully received your application. The email will also contain a release you must sign and return. If you are paying by check, that must be returned along with the form. Applications will not be considered complete, and therefore ineligible for consideration, until the deposit and signed release have been received.
You will receive a notification of acceptance no later than Friday, June 16. Confirmation of acceptance status (accepted, waitlisted or not accepted.) If accepted, the remainder of entry fee (if applicable) will be due on Friday, July 14. Once accepted, $2000 of your deposit will be considered non-refundable. If you cancel after August 25, the entire entry fee is non-refundable and will be considered as a contribution to Men’s Arts Council.
