How to Apply
The entry fee for the 2027 Bell Lexus North Scottsdale Copperstate 1000 is $11,250 and includes all meals and double-occupancy accommodations for the driver and co-driver.
Your entry fee covers the full event experience beginning with dinner and hotel accommodations on Saturday, April 3, and continuing through dinner and hotel accommodations on Wednesday, April 7.
Participants check out on Thursday morning, April 8. Meals, accommodations, transportation, and other expenses beginning Thursday morning are not included in the entry fee.
Additional Room (Single Room Supplement) – $4,000
The Copperstate 1000 is open to sports, racing, and grand touring vehicles from the 1973 model year and earlier. Vehicles manufactured after 1973 may also be considered for participation on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that clones, reproductions, tributes, and recreations are not eligible for participation in the Copperstate 1000.
We encourage applicants with more than one eligible vehicle to submit multiple vehicles for consideration, as this may increase the likelihood of acceptance.
All Copperstate 1000 participants must be 18 years of age or older. This requirement applies to drivers, co-drivers, and all crew members.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate in the event.
All applications must be completed in full and submitted online by January 11.
Once your application has been successfully submitted, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status during the week of January 18. Accepted participants will receive detailed information regarding next steps, payment requirements, important deadlines, and the cancellation policy.
A limited number of single room supplements are available for participants who require separate accommodations for the driver and co-driver.
All requests for an additional room must be made at the time your application is submitted and are subject to availability. Due to limited hotel inventory, the Copperstate 1000 cannot guarantee an additional room if the request is made after your application has been accepted.
We strongly encourage you to include your request with your initial application.

Driver and Co-Driver Information
Contact information, mailing addresses, and relevant event history for both the driver and co-driver. -
Primary Vehicle Information
Year, make, model, VIN, and chassis number. -
Alternate Vehicle Information (Recommended)
Year, make, model, VIN, and chassis number. An alternate vehicle is not required; however, submitting one is strongly encouraged and may increase your opportunity for acceptance. -
Vehicle Description & History
Detailed information about the vehicle, including any racing or rally history, as well as notable details regarding its acquisition, restoration, provenance, and unique features. -
Vehicle Photographs
Multiple high-resolution digital photographs of your vehicle. Front three-quarter views are preferred.

Once your application has been successfully submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your application may not have been received.
