Approximately 75-80 cars will be accepted. A waitlist will be established for entry submittals beyond that number.

The Bell Lexus North Scottsdale Copperstate 1000 is supported by an experienced team of professional mechanics and tow operators. Throughout the event, we travel with at least four professional mechanics and three to four flatbed tow trucks to provide assistance when needed.

Should your vehicle experience a mechanical issue, our support team will make every reasonable effort to assist you and return your vehicle to the road. If your vehicle is unable to continue, our professional tow operators are available to assist with transportation. Bell Lexus North Scottsdale also generously provides Lexus vehicles for participants whose vehicles are unable to complete the rally.

While mechanical assistance is provided throughout the event, each participant is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is properly prepared and in rally-ready condition prior to arrival. All accepted vehicles are required to undergo a safety inspection and receive approval from a certified mechanic before participating.

Proper vehicle preparation is essential to a safe and enjoyable Copperstate 1000 experience.

There is no need to pack lightly. A dedicated U-Haul luggage truck, generously donated for the event, travels with the rally to transport participants’ luggage between destinations.

Each morning, simply drop off your bags with our luggage team before departure. Our dedicated luggage handlers will transport them to the next destination, where they will be waiting for you upon arrival.

We take care of the luggage so you can focus on enjoying the drive.

The entry fee for the 2027 Bell Lexus North Scottsdale Copperstate 1000 is $11,250 and includes accommodations and meals for both the driver and co-driver based on double occupancy.

Your entry fee includes Saturday evening’s dinner and hotel accommodations beginning Saturday night, and continues through Wednesday evening’s dinner and hotel accommodations Wednesday night.

Participants check out of the hotel on Thursday morning. Meals, accommodations, transportation, and other expenses beginning Thursday morning are not included in the entry fee.

Additional Room (Single Room Supplement) – $4,000

The Copperstate 1000 is open to sports, racing, and grand touring vehicles from the 1973 model year and earlier. Vehicles manufactured after 1973 may also be considered for participation on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that clones, reproductions, tributes, and recreations are not eligible for participation in the Copperstate 1000.

We encourage applicants with more than one eligible vehicle to submit multiple vehicles for consideration, as this may increase the likelihood of acceptance.

All Copperstate 1000 participants must be 18 years of age or older. This requirement applies to drivers, co-drivers, and all crew members.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to participate in the event.

To be considered for the Copperstate 1000, please submit your completed application by January 11.

Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status during the week of January 18. If accepted, you will receive additional information regarding next steps, important deadlines, payment requirements, and the cancellation policy.

The Copperstate 1000 entry fee includes one double-occupancy room for the driver and co-driver. A limited number of additional rooms are available for participants who require separate accommodations.

Requests for an additional room must be made at the time your application is submitted and are subject to availability.

Please note that additional rooms cannot be guaranteed if requested after your application has been accepted, so we strongly encourage you to include your request with your initial application.
