2023-24 MAC Membership Application

Requirements for New Membership

• Fill out PMAC Application and pay fee (see form below).
  • Due Friday, September 8th, 2023
• Join Phoenix Art Museum. CLICK HERE to join.
  • Due Friday, September 8th, 2023
• Attend PMAC Meetings (6 meetings, several dates to choose from)
  • When:  Dates TBD – 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm with guest speakers.
  • Where:  Phoenix Art Museum from October through April.
• Attend at least four (4) monthly MAC luncheons with artist guest speakers.
  • When:  Usually the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm, September to May.
  • Where:  Singer Hall in the Museum Admin Building
• Volunteer at MAC fundraising events:
  • Copperstate Overland
    • When:  October 6th, October 8th, October 10th, and October 11th of 2023
    • Where:  Fountain Hills, AZ and Sunflower AZ
  • Amplified
    • When:  January 20th, 2024
    • Where:  Phoenix Art Musuem
  • Copperstate 1000
    • When:  Friday, April 5th, Saturday April 6th , Sunday, April 7th, Wednesday, April 10th, and Thursday, April 11th.
    • Where:  Tempe Diablo Stadium or the Phoenix Art Museum
• Attend at least one committee meeting for each of the events listed above which will be in combo with the PMAC meetings.
